My name is Meghan Horne, and I am a self-taught, freelance makeup artist in Tallahassee, Florida. Makeup has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember.
God has blessed me with the ability to transform someone's every day look in just a matter of minutes! There is nothing I love more than the pure satisfaction I receive from taking an already beautiful woman, and making her feel and look as if she could conquer the world on what may be one of the most memorable days of her life.
Makeup is my own form of art, only a face is my canvas.
